Refund policy

We offer size exchanges only and have a $2 restock fee per item as well as a 4.99 label fee to ship out the new item. Size exchanged items must be returned to us within 14 days after the item was delivered. Specialty items such as hoodies and sweatshirts have a $10 restock fee as well as a new label fee for the replacement that is to be shipped. We do not accept size exchanges for any custom orders. Size charts are located in each listing but if uncertain about the size feel free to message us and we will gladly help guide you. Thanks.

Returns for size exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a size exchange.

To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
