Refunds and Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only and have a $2 restock fee per item as well as a 4.99 label fee to ship out the new item. Size exchanged items must be returned to us within 14 days after the item was delivered. Specialty items such as hoodies and sweatshirts have a $15 restock fee as well as a new label fee for the replacement that is to be shipped. We do not accept size exchanges for any custom orders.
